Giovanni was the beloved son of Juana "Tomasita" and the late Peter Petrov. He was the devoted brother of Bo (Nilda) and cherished uncle of Justin, Julissa, Jacqueline & Julian Petrov and Eliana Rios.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 10:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Church - 670 Yonkers Avenue - Yonkers, NY 10704. A viewing will take place from 8:30 AM until the time of the Mass at Ruggiero & Sons, Inc. Funeral Home - 732 Yonkers Avenue - Yonkers, NY 10704. Following the Mass, Giovanni will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery - E. 233rd Street & Webster Avenue - Bronx, NY 10470.
