JOYCE M. PETROV, age 83 of Sagamore Hills, sadly passed away October 22, 2023. Beloved wife of Jerome J. "Jerry" for 53 years; loving mother of Cheryl Reid (Dan), Michelle Petrov (Mark Frank) and Kimberly Trzaska (John); cherished grandmother of Alex Trzaska, Briana Reid, Brody Reid, Hailey Trzaska and Kaitlyn Trzaska; daughter of the late William and Bertha Koberna (nee Robakiewicz); daughter-in-law of the late John and Margaret Petrov and cherished cousin and friend to many. Prior to her marriage to Jerry, Joyce worked at Fashion 220 and proudly worked alongside her father at Chandler Products in which she treasured working with her Dad. After marrying Jerry, Joyce was a homemaker and stay-at-home Mom; which she was forever thankful for as raising her 3 girls was her pride & JOY. She possessed a contagious smile and an entertaining sense of humor. Joyce was an excellent cook and baker. She enjoyed bowling, bingo with friends and had a "green thumb" with flowers and plants. She loved raising her family with Jerry and spending time with family & friends. She adored her grandchildren immensely and was their biggest cheerleader. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME 356 W. AURORA RD. (OHIO RTE. 82) SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION SUNDAY, October 29th 2-4 p.m. Funeral Monday 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment Crown Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Joyce's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
