Family and friends are invited to visit at Richards Funeral Home, Rte. 17c West, Owego on Thursday February 19, 2026 from 11:00am-1:00pm. A Scripture Service will begin at 1:00pm with Father Jeffery Galens of Blessed Trinity St. Patrick's Parish officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution in memory of Ellen to Guthrie Hospice. Please share your memories at www.RichardsFH.com

Ellie,was my sister in law and I visited her in upstate NY and we had a great time together,we looked at photos of her husband who was my brother and her children.We went to a fair and ate huge cream puffs.She was a loving wife to my brother.Good mother and good sister in law.I love the time we had together and I cherish all the memories over the years.I will miss you.your sister in law Dee Dee Tourtellot.
