Gladys Helen Kuntzman (nee Mitchell), 94, of Morton, PA passed away on July 4, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Kuntzman and daughter of the late Raymond & Helen (nee Roof) Mitchell. Gladys is also predeceased by her sister Margaret Walston (A.J.).
Gladys enjoyed cooking/baking, going to the beach, needlework, crocheting & knitting. She belonged to a quilt guild, Stitch n Chat group and was a big Phillies fan. Gladys was an avid iPad game & jigsaw puzzle player, a committed Christian and member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church in Wallingford, loving caregiver to her husband, children & grandchildren. She was devoted to praying for anyone in need. What Gladys enjoyed the most was the time she spent with her family and the warm hugs that were always exchanged. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Gladys is survived by her children, Donald Kuntzman (Pamela) & Barbara Kuzmick (Michael), her grandchildren Joshua Kuntzman (Karen), Matthew Kuntzman (Stacey), Elizabeth Pross (James), Rebekah, Michael & Christina Kuzmick, her great-grandchildren Adeline, Zeke, Andrew, Travis, Jacob & Nico and her sister Patricia Williams (late Charles).
Family and friends are invited to Gladys’s Visitation on Saturday July 15th from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home 746 Kedron Ave. Morton, PA 19070 followed by her 1:00 PM Funeral Service. Interment: SS Peter & Paul Cemetery
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made in Gladys’s name to “Milagre”, 1000 Fairview Rd. Swarthmore, PA 19082 and please designate that it is for the MAP program which her grandson, Michael, is a participantTo plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
