Gladys V. Panciocco, 92, of Marshfield, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 26, 2024. Born on June 18, 1932, in Boston, Massachusetts, she spent many years bowling, playing rummy (and some would say cheating), visiting the hairdresser weekly, reading the Herald, cheering on the Patriots and Red Sox, and welcoming all into her home for coffee and goodies.
Gladys loved visiting with her friends and family, going to the beach, and eating at the Bridgeway. Her generosity and love were apparent to all who knew her.
She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Anthony Panciocco, Sr., parents John and Gladys Hickey, sister Eileen Crickard, and brothers James, John, and Edward Hickey.
She is survived by her children Anthony Panciocco, Jr. and Mary McDonald. She was a proud grandmother to Anthony, Amanda, Angela, Naomi, Jonathan, Joanna, Nathan, Lydia, and Maryanna. She was a very proud great grandmother to Patton, Raegan, Calvin, Cameron, Scarlett, Avalynne, and Adaline.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church at our Lady of the Angels Parish, located at 392 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA, with a luncheon served immediately after. Her nephew, Father Christopher Hickey, will be conducting the Mass.
