Gladys Peck Obituary
She was born August 31, 1933, in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of Auley M. and Thelma E. (Arnold) Smith. Gladys was a lifelong area resident; and enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, and cross stitching.
Gladys married Wilbert J. Peck, Sr. on July 2, 1955, and he preceded her in death on January 4, 2010. She is also preceded by her parents; 2 sisters, Shirley Byers and Diana Swetel; and niece, Sharon Swetel.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Shiamone of Erie, PA, son, Wilbert J. "Jim" (Cindy) Peck, Jr. of Dorset, OH, daughter, Patricia "Patty" (Rick) Georgia of Conneaut,OH, son, Richard "Rich" (Kimberly) Peck of Rome,OH, son, David Peck of Rock Creek, OH; her 11 grandchildren, Desiree (Chad), Stacey (Michael), Kyle, Tiffany (Brad), Jeremiah (Danielle), Reena (Mike), Jimmy (Heather), Harley, Rebecca (Gabe), Keith, and Harleigh (Aaron); her 9 great grandchildren, Angela, Karmyndy, Robert, Mya, Dominique, Jaxon, Austin, William, Barrett; and her 1 great-great grandson, Elliott.
Calling hours will be on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, 134 Prospect St.,Andover,OH. A funeral service will follow starting at 7:00 PM.
Private burial of cremated remains will take place later in Dorset Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692. Share a fond memory or condolence at www.baumgardnerfuneralhome.com
