Glen Harold Hayes, age 78 of Mousie, Kentucky passed away on Sunday July 20, 2025, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care in Center in Hazard, KY. He was born on February 8, 1947, in Mousie, Kentucky to the late Raphael and Dolly Short Hayes. He was the husband to the late Linda Jenkins Hayes.

Glen is survived by his Children- David (Ginger) Watkins, Tina (Darrell) Huff, Tammy (Mike) Covey, Glenda (Robert) Cook; Brother- Rodney Hayes; Sisters- Opal Scott, Barb Dixon, Anna Mae Moore; 10 Grandchildren & 6 Great-Grandchildren; A Host of Family & Friends

Glen is preceded in passing by his Wife- Linda Jenkins Hayes; Parents- Raphael & Dolly Short Hayes; Son- Ricky Hayes; Granddaughter- Madison Hope Sparkman; Brothers- Shirl Hayes, Ivan Hayes, Charles Hayes, Von Hayes.

The family will receive friends Tuesday July 22, 2025, from 6PM-10PM and continue all day Wednesday July 23, 2025, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY with service Wednesday evening at 7PM.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday July 24, 2025, at 1PM at the funeral home chapel with Justin Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow at the Loy Conley Cemetery in Mousie, KY. Glen will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
