June 24, 2025

BUTLER - Glen Shupe, age 87 of Butler, TN, passed away June 24, 2025 at his home. Glen was born November 14, 1937 to the late Frank and Alice Shupe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Janet Rupard, Emmaline Nichols and brothers, Frankie Shupe, Mitchell Shupe, Jim Shupe, and Marshall Shupe.

More than anything, Glen loved being with his family. He enjoyed being in the mountains and liked riding four-wheelers. He was a member of Little Doe Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 67 ½ years, Wanda Shupe; daughter, Deborah Willis and husband Jim; son, Ron Shupe; sister, Barbara Shupe; brother, Benny Shupe; grandchildren, Faustena, Cheyenne, Colby, Chris and Emily; great grandchildren, Ashton, Brandon, Jonah, Paisley, and Austin; several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

It was Glen's wish to be cremated and a private family service will be held at a later date.
