Glenda Gale Woods Dillon passed away suddenly on 9 August 2025 in her home in Crestview FL.

Glenda was born in Sumpter S.C on 11 February 1957. She is the daughter of the late Carl and Jerlene Woods. Glenda was preceded in death by both of her parents this year, her niece Dana Woods, her son Jason, and her brother Marty.

She is survived by husband of 48 years Patrick of Crestview, her son Scott , his wife Chrissy, granddaughter Elizabeth and grandson Anthony of Tampa, Florida

Her brother's Randy and Danny of Goose Creek , South Carolina. Her nephews Randy Jr. and Reed Woods of Goose Creek and Douglas, his wife Sara, and their daughters, Christine and Elizabeth of Riverview, Florida. Her Niece Melody Woods of Maine. Her Niece Nicole Woods of Clovis, NM. Her sister in laws Ginny Dillon of Crestview and Tracy Sweeney of Ohio

Glenda married Patrick on 11 June 1977. She followed him to assignments in Japan and Germany and state side assignments to Charleston, Dover, Eglin , Little Rock and back to Eglin. Raising two sons she also had a career in Civil Service retiring in 2018 from the 96th Test Squadron

She was a member of the Live Oak Baptist Church.
