Funeral services for Glenda Fay Russell Broussard Grant will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday February 18, 2025 from the Columbia chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Jack McKeithen officiating. Interment will follow in the Little Star Cemetery at Holum. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 

Glenda was born on April 15, 1938 at Miami, Florida to the union of her parents, Luman Robert Russell and Essie Mae Butler Russell, and passed from this life on February 15, 2025, at the Citizens Medical Center in Columbia. Glenda was preceded in death by her parents. Glenda was a member of the Clarks Baptist Church. Glenda retired to Clarks, LA after spending many years  as a secretary.

Left to cherish her memory is her spouse, Fred Grant; her sons: Everett Broussard III (Lorene), Greg Broussard (Lori) and David Broussard (Nancy); her grandchildren, Amber, Meaghan, Adrienne, Christopher, Jonathan, and Shay; and step grandkids, Clint Hatten, Candy Hatten and Caleb Hatten and numerous great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be Curt Jones, Trevor Jones, Luke Stamper, Jonathan Broussard, Mike Pollard and Chris Hatten. Honorary pallbearers will be Louis Champagne, Gary Lemons, James Cerelee, Jake Sanders and Dr. Pankaj Shroff.
