Glendon Deavers Obituary
Jody attended Howard High School in Ellicott City, MD. After school he began working as a construction worker, doing painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing work. Jody had gifted hands and could build anything from the ground up. Jody enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, feeding the birds and squirrels, shooting pool, and listening to rock and roll music. He was a lifetime member of GFC and the Wiley Ford, WV Moose Club.
Jody is survived by his daughters, Amanda "Manda" Deavers and Debbie Baxter; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Groves, Linda Combs and Phyllis Deavers.
In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
