Glenn Gibson

Glenn Gibson, 68, of Elmwood Park, formerly of Bronx, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Glenn devoted over 50 years to the auto parts industry, a career marked by dedication and expertise. He proudly served as Parts Manager at Nissan of the Bronx for 12 years and later continued his work at Central Ave Nissan in Yonkers until his retirement. Beyond his profession, Glenn had a true love for cars, which brought him great joy throughout his life.

In his free time, Glenn found joy in building detailed model cars as well as more competitive hobbies such as billiards, bowling, and go karts. He enjoyed going out for dinner and when he had the chance to get away, he could be found on a tropical island with a drink in his hand, enjoying the warm weather.

Glenn is survived by his wife Maureen Gibson; Children, Roger and Jessica Gibson; Siblings, Terry White and Alan Gibson; along with his grandchildren, Sean and Alyssa Gibson. He is joining in eternal life with his parents, Alfred and Thelma Gibson.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 S Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 2, 2026, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
