Marjorie Emily Moss

Marjorie Emily Morgan Moss, (nee Morgan), 86, of Saddle River, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026.

She was born on June 15, 1939 to Clyde Whittier Morgan and Corinne Cannon Morgan in Fulton, Mississippi. She graduated from Louisiana Polytechnic Institute in 1959.

She was an active member of the College Club of Ridgewood and the Saddle River Garden Club. Earlier in her life, Marjorie worked as a stewardess supervisor for American Airlines before choosing to devote herself fully to her role as a homemaker, where she created a warm and welcoming home for her family.

Marjorie was a passionate antiquer with an interest in interior design and was an avid reader who enjoyed biographies and historical works. She especially cherished time spent with her family in Vermont, where boating on the lake was a treasured tradition.

Cherished wife of the late Frederick K. Moss (2024). Beloved mother of Frederick G. Moss, and Morgan (Jeffrey Morrison) Moss. Loving grandmother of Virginia (Jinx), Frederick (Fritz), Delia, Ezekiel (Zeke) and Michael (Mikey). Treasured sister of Betty Wheeler (2022), Carolyn Morgan, Susan Morgan (2013) and Samuel (Janis) Morgan.

Family will receive friends on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Church Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Old Paramus Reformed Church, 660 E Glen Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ. Interment following at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
