Glenn D Linke

Glenn D. Linke passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 61, surrounded by his wife and family at home. He was the beloved husband of Reva, and an adored father to Ashley DiFranco (Nick), Kalin Lino (AJ), and Mitchell (Courtney). He was a loving stepfather to Brandon Jordan (Rebecca) and Thea Podolak (Andrew), and a cherished grandfather to Chase, Cody, Casey, Adric and Charlotte. Glenn was the son of Carol Kubasky (Andy), stepson to Sue Linke, and was preceded in death by his father Glenn. He was the oldest brother to David, Sandy Brown, Kristy Kubasky, Michelle Baum, and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Born on October 8, 1961, Glenn was a graduate of Eastlake North High School. He was an avid bowler in his youth with multiple 300 games and was known to be spinning his wheels at every stop sign in his teen years. His passion for cars led him to a long career in the auto parts industry. He always had a love for the water, whether it be the pool, the lake or the ocean. He spent many of his summers as a member of the West Channel Yacht Club where he was a two-time commodore and a multiple year President of the Blue Gavel. Nothing made Glenn happier than spending time with his children and grandchildren. His friends and family were at the center of everything he did. His charm and whit will never be forgotten. He is so loved and will be deeply missed by us all.
Funeral services Sunday January 29 at 6:00 PM at the Jakubs-Waite Funeral Home, 36000 Lakeshore Blvd, Eastlake where the family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00-6:00 PM.
