Glenn R. Meyers, 85, of Wilder, passed away on Sunday, November 24th at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. He retired from Steinhauser, Inc as Vice President after 43 years. Glenn was also a Kentucky Colonel and a longtime member of St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph & Marie Meyers; wife, Michele Meyers and brother, Richard Meyers. Glenn is survived by his son, Glenn (Sheila) Meyers; daughters, Tracie (Ed) Arlinghaus, Karen (Mitch) Gibson & Janelle (John) Knock; sisters in law, Julie Luschek & Danielle (John) Marx; 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held from 10:30-12 p.m., with the Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12 p.m., Friday, December 6th at St. Joseph Church, 4011 Alexandria Pk., Cold Spring, KY. Entombment will take place at St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. Thomas. Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105, St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Rd., Edgewood, KY 41017 or Newport Central Catholic High School, 13 Carothers Rd., Newport, KY 41071.
