Glenna Belle Bozarth 92, of the Pack Community in McLean County, Kentucky passed away Saturday, October 5, 2024 at a son's home in Henderson. Glenna Belle Dame was born March 16, 1932 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Dennis Letcher and Chloe Agnes Walker Dame and was married to Gordon Dale Bozarth on June 10, 1950.
Glenna Belle was a homemaker and helped her husband on the family farm. She was a member of Pack Baptist Church, where she started playing the piano at age 17. Glenna Belle enjoyed gardening, sewing, mowing her yard, and spending time with both her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Glenna Belle was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Dale Bozarth, who died April 24, 2010 and by her brother, Dudley Dame.
Glenna Belle is survived by two sons, Dennis Bozarth (Jennie) of Owensboro and Rodney Bozarth (Becky) of Henderson; a daughter, Karen Bozarth of Williams, Arizona; four grandchildren, April Hicks (Byron), Misty Terry (Kevin), Jessica Martin (Ben), and Jacob Bozarth (Whitney); 8 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with her grandson, Jacob Bozarth officiating. Burial will be in the Poplar Grove Cemetery in McLean County. Pallbearers will be Byron Hicks, Kevin Terry, Ben Martin, Samuel Hicks, Kevin C. Terry, Wesley Martin, and Blake Martin. Friends may visit with Glenna Belle's family from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Musters in Calhoun.
The Glenna Belle Bozarth family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Poplar Grove Cemetery Fund; P.O. Box 234; Sacramento, Kentucky 42372.
Glenna Belle's services will be streamed live on musterfuneralhomes.com at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday.
