Glinda Darlene Johnson, age 70, passed away on December 14, 2023.
Darlene was married to the late Jackie Johnson, and the couple had three children: Jamie Shamblin, Joyce Johnson, and Jason Johnson--all of Mc Donald, TN.
Darlene was best known for her unconditional love for her family. Her beautiful smile and presence would light up any room. She enjoyed helping those in need and had such a pure heart. She enjoyed working outside in her flowerbeds and gardens. She loved anything outdoors. She also liked going to garage sales. She definitely leaves behind precious memories and an everlasting impact on all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Johnson; mother, Edna Stiner; father, Kester Stiner; sisters: Marlene Stiner, Gayle Bible, and Frieda Nelson; and her mother and father in law, Joyce and Bud Johsnon.
Darlene is survived by her children: Jamie Shamblin (John), Joyce Johnson (George Hendricks), and Jason Johnson; grandchildren: Kasun Shamblin, Kaiden Shamblin, Jasa Johnson, and Landon Johnson; great grandchild, Beckam Shamblin; and her loving pets: Ruby, Asia, Ash, Addie, Coco, and Georgie.
There will be a visitation for family and friends at the Companion Funeral Home Cleveland Chapel on Wednesday, December 27, from 6:00-8:00pm.
