Flanner Buchanan - Hamilton Memorial Park (Prairie Waters)Gloria Ellen (Treulieb) Bauman was born April 15, 1926, in Yonkers, NY. Died October 11, 2025, in Noblesville, Indiana. Gloria married Eugene Francis Bauman on March 11, 1944. Eugene parted this life on March 20, 2003. Gloria is survived by one son, Ronnie O Bauman, and wife, Karen, in Mountain City, TN. Two daughters, Shirley J Bain, husband Bruce, in Panama City Beach, and Lorianna H Duncan, husband Dean, in Noblesville, IN. Gloria is also survived by a Norwegian son, Gunnar Tangen, who was an exchange student in 1974-1975. One son, Dennis G Bauman, is deceased and survived by his wife, Joyce Bauman, in Bargersville, IN.
Grandchildren: Keith Bain, Carrie Rutherford, husband Robert, Kristina Bauman, Jonathan Bauman, Katie Symonds, husband Bob, Erika Bradley, husband Marty, Bryan Duncan, wife Christiane, and Karen Seiden, husband Eric, and Robert Moorehead.
Great-grandchildren: Julia Holmes, husband Chandler Jacob Bain, Kayla Bain, Jasmine Bradley, Rachel Bradley, Daniel Bradley, Lorelai Bauman, Logan Bauman, Owen Seidel, and Eliana Seidel

Gloria was a member of Epiphany Evangelical Lutheran Church in Westfield. In the past, Gloria was a member of Faith Lutheran in Bloomington, IN, Trinity in Ellettsville, IN, Grace Lutheran Church in Paris, IL, and St Matthew’s in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY.
Gloria had been employed by Reader’s Digest and Main Street Laundry and Cleaners in New York. In Bloomington, IN, she worked as the manager of Dutch Mill Candies. Along with her husband, they were custodians at St Matthew’s in New York and Faith Lutheran church in Bloomington, IN. While living in Paris, IL, she volunteered at Grace Lutheran Child Development Center and a clothing mission.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Epiphany Evangelical Lutheran Church, 15605 Ditch Road, Westfield, IN 46074. Arrangements are entrusted to Flanner Buchanan-Hamilton Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Epiphany Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lutheran Bible Translators (Grulke's), or Worship Anew.
