Mrs. Gloria Jean Ruffin-Germani was born March 16, 1964 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter Edna Jefferson and Willie Ruffin.
Mrs. Gloria Ruffin-Germani was a lifelong resident of Flint. She graduated in 1982 from Flint Northern High School. Later she attended Mott Community College and was one of the founding members of Flint Girls Rock. Gloria worked as a field service engineer, tax preparer and small business consulting. She enjoyed reading, cooking, singing and baking cheesecakes. Gloria had a passion for politics and helping others.
Gloria Jean Ruffin-Germani leaves to cherish her memory: son, Jon Williams; grandchildren, Deamonte Hughes, Malik Burkeen, Preston Williams, Lyriq Williams, Justice Williams, and Jon Williams Jr.; brothers, William Ruffin and Willie Mallet; sisters, Debra Mallet, Leewonder Ruffin and Jacklyn Mallet (Arthur Murray); grandmother, Mart Coton; nephews, Arbless, Saladin, Floyd, Anthony and Byron Boyd, Desmond Mallet and Sharif Mallet; nieces, T'Neica Mallet and Takaski Holmes; cousin, Loren Franklin; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Terry Pennyman, Joe Brand and Elizabeth Morris.
Gloria was preceded in death by; mother, Edna Jefferson; father, Willie Ruffin and sister, Beverly Boyd.
