After a life beautifully lived, Gloria Lynne Jackson left this life in the arms of her Heavenly Father on December 17, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to her family.
Born January 23, 1963, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Ronald and Alberta Adams, Gloria grew up in the city before moving to a farm in the country in Mansfield at the age of 12. She acclimated well, making friends wherever she went. Gloria was known for her infectious smile and forgiving heart – to know her was to love her. Faith was a central part of Gloria’s life. Through all of the pain she endured, she held on to her faith in Jesus through the very end.
On November 14, 1981, Gloria was united in marriage to Danny Daugherty in Hartville, Missouri. To this union, four children were born: Amy Lynne, Kristin Nicole, Derek Andrew, and Ryan Adam. After 24 years of marriage, Danny passed away on January 1, 2005.
On May 5, 2006, Gloria followed her heart and married Jack Jackson in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Together they built a wonderful life, traveling to as many beaches as possible, enjoying peaceful country living, and spending time with family.
Gloria’s pride and joy was her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She blessed those around her with so many beautiful memories that they will forever hold close in their hearts.
Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Danny, her parents, Ronald and Alberta, and one son, Ryan.
She is survived by her husband, Jack, her daughter Amy, daughter Kristin and husband Rodney, son Derek, grandchildren Rene, Kinley, Trenton, Devon, Ally, Katelyn, MacKayla, Macy, Mia, Isabelle, Sidney, Andrew, and Lila.
