Gloria Ann Lett

Gloria Ann Lett, age 89, of Hayes, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025. Born in Glass, VA, she was the daughter of the late William Jennings Bryant West and Ethel Naomi West. She was a homemaker and cherished her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Virgil "Pluto" Lett, Jr, son William Curtis "Billy" Lett, granddaughter Brittany Newcomb, grandson Greg Jenkins, and her sister, Edna "Cool Breeze" Wilkerson. She is survived by her children, Angela Jenkins-Hollis, Terrie Allen, Anita Newcomb, Debbie Richards, Vicki Bradt, and Curtis Lett, twelve grandchildren - Tina, Bridget, Jeremy, Courtney, Jennifer, BJ, David, Lance, Jerry, Jay, Apryl, and Trevor; twenty-two great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Hogg Funeral Home from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. The funeral service, officiated by Pastor Patti Money and Chaplain Jan Prentace-Commander, will be held at Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 1:00 pm. The interment is private.
