She was born on January 27, 1951, in McMinnville, TN, a daughter of Martha Martin who survives her in Morgantown, and the late Robert Patterson.
In addition to her mother, Gloria is survived by her siblings Bonnie Carter and her siblings Jerry Steakley and Tiffany Reed whom Gloria was very close to, of Lebanon, TN, Larry Patterson and wife Cathy of Independence, WV, and Robert Patterson of Morgantown; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Joan Steakley.
At the request of the family, there will be no formal services, and Gloria will be cremated.
