Gloria Dawn Walton, 76 of Droop Mountain passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the Lewisburg Health Care Center following an extended illness. Born December 7, 1948, in Burnside, WV and was a daughter of the late Homer and Gertie Moore Birchfield. She was also preceded in death by husbands, James Arnold Reinhold, and Floyd Daniel Walton, sisters, Mary Mae Birchfield, Sharon Sue Birchfield, Brenda Kay Birchfield, and two brothers, Robert Birchfield, and Tom Birchfield.

Gloria was a member of the Gethsemane Baptist Church in Frankford, loved children, was a good cook, a wonderful mother, and mother-in-law.

Left to cherish her memories is her children, James Reinhold and wife Ethel of Droop Mountain, Alice Reinhold and husband Larry of Hillsboro, Kevin Reinhold and wife Stephanie of Stills Tavern, VA, Johnathon Walton and wife Roseanna of Gap Mills, Carter Walton of WV, and Matthew Walton and wife Shelly of Crawley, step-son, Franky Triplett and wife Deloris of Marlinton, numerous grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, sisters, Janice Hollandsworth of Staunton, VA and Constance Howard of Bridgewater, VA, brothers, Paul Birchfield, Homer Birchfield, Verlin Birchfield all of Hillsboro, Wilburn Birchfield of Surprise, AZ.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Lantz Funeral Home in Buckeye with Pastor Marshall Cochran officiating. Burial will follow in the Emmaneul Cemetery on Bruffy's Creek.

Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 on Friday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donation of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 1601 Second Ave, Charleston, WV 25387.
