Gloria Ann Williams, 63, of Vincennes, IN passed away October 24, 2024. She was born in Vincennes, IN on August 31, 1961, to the late Samuel D. Allen and Avis E. (Nicolson) Ratcliff. Gloria married the love of her life, Thomas Williams II, on November 29, 1981. She was a hard-working woman and proudly worked in management for Charlie's Smorgasbord and Denny's for a total of 40 years. Gloria was also a woman of faith and was a member of the Turning Point Foursquare Church. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, knitting, spending time with her dogs, and baking. Gloria will be deeply missed by all.
She is preceded in death by her parents Samuel Allen and Avis Ratcliff; husband Thomas Williams II; siblings Clifford Allen, Jerry Allen, Mary Pickett, Anna Woodsmall, Debra Staley; brothers-in-law Edd Moyer and Joe Baxter.
Gloria is survived by her sons Brandon (Andrea) Williams and Derek (Mindy) Williams; siblings David Allen, Harold Allen, Bobby Allen, Larry Allen, Randy (Julie) Allen, Sandra Moyer; siblings-in-law Debra Baxter, Denise (Dennis) Owens, Dawn Williams, Darla (John) Szink, Doreen (Hap) Beckes, Rick Staley; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Williams. Visitation will be held November 6, 2024, at 524 Broadway St. from 11 am to service time. A Celebration of Life will begin promptly at 2 pm.
