Grace is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Dahlen and husband, Michael of Hernando, Florida and Suzanne Bremer and husband, Timothy of Wildwood, Missouri; sons, Patrick Aydt of Saint Louis, Missouri, Frederick Aydt and wife, Teresa of Nashville, Illinois, Christopher Aydt and wife, Joyce of Edwardsville, Illinois, Timothy Aydt and wife, Symantha of Valley, Nebraska, Eric Aydt of Clarion, Iowa; grandchildren, Patrick Dahlen, Luke Bremer, Jon Thomas Bremer, Matthew Aydt, Stephen Aydt, Grace Aydt. Anastasia Aydt, Alexander Aydt, Joseph Aydt, Abaigeal Aydt, and Maria Aydt; great-grandchildren, Rory Aydt and Arden Dahlen; brothers, Frank Tobin and wife, Irene of Orlando, Florida, Jerome Tobin and wife, Denise of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Grace was preceded in death by her brothers, Bernand, Paschal, Benny, and John Tobin and sisters, Joann Licata, Esther Cahill, and Lucille Andrews.
Grace owned and worked as a real estate agent for Grace's Real Estate in Washington County. She was a member of Saint Ann Parrish in Nashville, Illinois. Grace will be remembered for all she did for her family and all of her friends around her.
A Visitation will be held Friday, February 2, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Saint Mary Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Funeral Mass will begin at 11:30 am with Father Steve Pautler officiating. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery in Dahlgren, Illinois. Memorials may be made in Grace's honor to Saint Mary School.
