Grace was born to the late William James Stewart and Iva Green Stewart. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, C.W. Coleman; brothers, James Stewart, Melvin Stewart, Virgil Stewart, and Hilton Stewart; and her sister, Lucille Moore.

Grace is survived by her sons, Rickey Coleman of Fayetteville, NC, and Don Coleman of Harnett County, NC; daughter, Angie Holland (Steve) of Salemburg, NC; grandchildren, Christy Coleman, Lesley Coleman, Travis Holland, Katie Holland, and Chapin Holland; great-grandchildren, Orlando Banuelos, Fausto Banuelos, Carolina Coleman, and Everette Coleman and her sister, Lenora Gregory of Kentucky.

A lifelong woman of strength and determination. She loved life and loved people, greeting everyone with warmth, humor, and genuine kindness. Her keen sense of humor and vibrant personality made her dearly loved by friends and relatives alike. Grace was a faithful member of Cedar Falls Baptist Church, where her belief in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ guided her life. Her faith was the foundation of her character-steadfast, generous, and compassionate. Alongside her late husband, C.W. Coleman, Grace owned and operated Coleman Sporting Goods in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Together, they built not only a successful business but also lasting relationships within their community.
