Grace Dills Obituary
Grace Ratcliff Dills, 98, passed away on March 16, 2025. She was born to the late Ernest and Susie Burns Ratcliff on October 18, 1926 in Polk County, Tennessee.
Grace was a flower enthusiast, who enjoyed their beauty and care. She also loved bird watching, and the peace and tranquility that came with it. Grace was a member of Boanerges Baptist Church. Her family would like to extend a special thank you to Hearth Hospice Nurses- Kaylie, Laken, and Lainey.
Grace is preceded in death by her husband, Edward "Tud" Dills, son, Eddie Dills, grandson, Brian Dills, siblings, Kenneth (Susie) Ratcliff, Carol Ratcliff, Mildred (Ira) Guinn, and Yvonne (Shorty) Waters.
Grace is survived by her children, Steve (Louise) Dills, and Judy Dills, daughter-in-law, Barbara Dills, grandchildren, Tonya (Scott) Verner, Stacy (Leigh) Frazier, Terry (Vicki) Dills, Brandi (Shane) Bowman, great-grandchildren, Ashtyn and Lance Frazier, Colton Davenport, and Ensley Bowman.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Boanerges Baptist Church with Pastor David Disney and Reverend Michael Ratcliff officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm prior to the service. A graveside service is to follow at Ball Play Baptist Church Cemetery.
