Grace truly was one of a kind and had a huge impact on my life! From the first time I met her I was drawn to her and her love of Christ, her first words to me were "shoozhrii ozhii" (which means whats your name in Gwichin I responded Shoozhrii Tammy oozhi) she said Heyyy you know Dinjii Zhuu Kyaa!! I told her some of it and she gave me a huge hug in which I felt Gods love also!! She was always so kind and whenever I seen her was so full of love! She even sent me a Christmas Card from Arizona saying I was her adopted daughter now which made me feel so good! I will never forget Grace and the christlike kindness she showed towards me. Rest In Peace beautiful Grace!

Dear Jude and family,
We have such fond memories of your trips to Ohio and our visits together recalling your extraordinary lives and adventures together in Alaska and reminiscing about the years we spent together at Maumee Valley Country Day School. With Grace´s passing, you have lost a wife, mother, and grandmother and the journey without her is one of the most difficult that you will ever endure. We extend to all of you our heartfelt condolences.
