MS. GRACIE LEE FALCONER was born in Clarke County, MS on February 9, 1922 to the union of the late James and Theresa Falconer.
Ms. Falconer was a veteran of the United States Army, serving under the Women's Army Air Corps (WAC) during World War II. She was honorably discharged at Ft. Bragg, NC on December 27, 1945.

Ms. Falconer traveled extensively throughout the country and the world. She visited countries in the African continent, Italy, Spain, Jamaica, Bermuda, Bahamas, and she also traveled to 37 states in the United States, along with the US Virgin Islands.

She worked as a nurse until retirement.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister. Ms. Falconer had no children. She was blessed with many friends, relatives, and loved ones.

On the evening of August 30, 2025, God called Ms. Falconer home and she closed the final chapter in the book of her earthly life to begin her life in eternity.

Funeral services will occur Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. John UM Church in the DeSoto community (Shubuta), with Rev. Cecil Bernard Scarbrough, Jr. as the officiant. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

Ms. Falconer's viewing period will be Friday, September 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at St. John UM Church.
