Graciela F. De Leon was born on June 17, 1949, to parents Catalina C. Rio and Leonides Flores, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the hands of our Lord. Graciela loved cooking meals from scratch for her family and spending time with them. She also enjoyed taking chances and spent her free time exploring new interests. Early on, Graciela discovered the importance of working hard to accomplish her objectives. She learned to be independent at a young age, and as a result, she has always had strong work ethic. Since her siblings looked up to her and she wanted to show them that anything is possible, Graciela learned throughout her childhood that she couldn't give up. Graciela is preceded in death by her parents Catalina C. Rios, and Leonides Flores, brothers Francisco Perez and Joe Flores and sister Dolores Sandoval, Uncle Mike Alvarado, Great grandson Michael Ray Casares Jr., and Great Great grandson Mateo. Graciela is survived by her ex-husband Alfredo Rubio Sr. and her loving children Alfredo Rubio Jr "Naomi Rubio", Eugene "Geno" Rubio "Enriqueta", Roger Rubio "Molly", and daughters Sylvia Rubio "Chuy", Lydia Rubio Gamboa "Rene", Terry Rubio "Raymond" and sisters Esther Sanchez and Norma Flores. Graciela is also survived by twenty grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, and three great great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Even though we were fortunate to have our mother for only 74 years, she taught us many beautiful lessons over the course of our lives, to always be kind to one another and to lend a helpful hand. It's not a goodbye, but rather a see you later, mama, hasta que dios nos permita verte otra ves. Like mom would always say " I Love you more if you let me go."
