A proud Texan, Albert grew up in San Antonio until he attended Williams College in Williamstown Massachusetts where he earned his degree. After graduating , Albert moved back to Texas where he began working for the state of Texas and began his family. After retiring Albert enjoyed spending time and joking with his friends and family, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with the joy of his eyes, his wife Betty Kaye.
Albert is preceded in death by his parents, Alberto and Carmen DeLeon and his loving wife Betty Kaye DeLeon. Albert leaves behind many loves ones who will cherish his memory including his sister Lupe, children Tabitha and Brian, and grandchildren, Sydney, Quinton, and Samuel, as well as good friends Dakota and Shane. Until we see you again.

He is so missed by many.
He was a very thoughtful Man.
One who thought about others before he thought of himself.
I know my family misses him very much.
Thank you Bert for all you have done for my Son Shane.
