Boots was born in Galveston, Texas, to Tommy Ray Luse, Sr. and Mattie Julia Bonin. He enjoyed fishing and playing video games with his son, family and friends. They and all his family and friends miss him very much and will cherish their many memories for a lifetime.
Boots is survived by his children, Brendan and Analise Luse; his mother, Mattie Bonin; sisters, Carroll Hecklinger and her spouse, Billy Edmonsond; Karon Kershaw and spouse, Keith; Lorretta Taylor and her spouse, Calrence Stufflebean; Ginger O'Connor and her spouse, Raza Hussain; brothers, Frank 'Bubba' Garibaldi, and his spouse Barbara, and Rudolph 'Rudy' O'Connor; numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father, Tommy Ray Luse, Sr.; stepfather Clay Bonin, as well as numerous family members that he loved dearly.
