Graciela "Gracie" Espinosa, 67, of Galveston, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. A loving sister, aunt, and friend, Gracie will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. followed by a vigil.

Born on June 30, 1958, in Galveston, Texas, Gracie was the daughter of Ramon Cantu Espinosa and Graciela Puente Espinosa. She was a proud graduate of Ball High School and later Galveston College.

Gracie dedicated much of her professional life to serving her community. She worked as a secretary for the City of Galveston Police Department and later as a Senior Medical Coder at UTMB. Her strong work ethic was reflected in her belief that everything should be done right the first time and that one should never give up on what they believe in.

Family was at the center of Gracie's world. She devoted countless hours to caring for her loved ones, offering unconditional love and support. She treasured traveling with her husband, Eleazar, and found great joy in her role as an aunt-babysitting, nurturing, and creating cherished memories with her nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Graciela Puente Espinosa and Ramon Cantu Espinosa; and her brothers, Enrique Espinosa and Andres Espinosa.

She is survived by her brothers Ramon Espinosa III and wife Colleen, Javier Espinosa, Armando Espinosa and wife Jovita, Alberto Espinosa, and Francisco Espinosa, all of Galveston; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.
