Grady Tyson Obituary
Grady Franklin Tyson, 89, of Monroe, NC passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025. He was born on December 23, 1935, to the late Nannie Kelly Tyson and William Jessie Tyson. He was preceded in death by his son Franklin Scott Tyson. Being the youngest member of his family, he was also preceded in death by all of his siblings.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00PM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30PM until 2:45PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28110.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years Cora Lee Holman Tyson, daughter Karen Tyson, granddaughter Hannah Fenlong and husband Kerry, great-grandson Aiden Fenlong.
