Grant Thomas Winters, 26, went to his final reward on October 28, 2021 in Springfield, Oregon. Grant was the beloved son of Janet (Bogle) Winters of Ligonier Pa, and Robert J. Winters & spouse, Electa Boyle of McMurray, Pa. He is survived by his brother, Brian J. Winters & sister-in-law, Jaclyn A. (Tosh) Winters of Latrobe, Pa, and sister & closest friend, Rebecca Joy Winters.
Grandson of Mary Frances (Burchick) Bogle and Ronald Bruce Bogle of DuBois PA, and Joan (Mooney) Winters and Robert G. Winters, of Westfield NJ.
Grant embraced life in his pursuit of beauty and peace in art and nature. A talented writer, he penned his debut novel at age 17. He enjoyed hiking in the mountains of Pennsylvania, and his adopted home of the Pacific Northwest.
His care for others was evident in the many acts of kindness and generosity he offered to anyone in need. He will be remembered for his quirky sense of humor, his honesty, and the joy he brought to others during his brief lifetime.
He is now in Heaven with his special "Grammy," and best buddy, John Christianson.
