Greg Ross Obituary

Published by Legacy on Feb. 12, 2026.
Greg Ross, 49, of Groves, died Tuesday, February 10, 2026. He was born on July 20, 1976, in Gallup, New Mexico to Peter Allen Ross and Marilyn Ann Carrell.

Our dad Greg Ross was a one-of-a-kind man, he loved his entire family especially his grandkids. He loved riding motorcycles, fishing, and just spending time with family. To know him was to love him he had no hate in his body, if he needed to, he would give someone the shirt off his back. He loved his job being an 18- wheeler for MDJ that was his second family, he was a hardworking man no matter what he was always at work. His favorite thing was to mess with everyone, he loved being a prankster, and playing W.O.W on his computer when he got home from work. He was a one of a kind he had the sweetest soul, he was always there for everyone and never turned his back on anyone, no matter if they wronged him or not. He will always be remembered no matter how much time passes. Greg was a rare gift from God, and we will forever be grateful for the time we got with him. If you knew Greg, you knew he was a rare gem that no one can replace. At this time, please keep his family in your prayers as they are grieving this very hard loss.

Survivors include his children, Kodi Ross and his wife, Falicia, Kylie Ross and her husband, Dakota Breaux, and Sophia Ross; mother, Marilyn Murray and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Allison Ross, Aiyana Ross, Luka Ross, Rowdy Ross, Eli Breaux, Dayton Breaux, and Rebel Ross; sister, Misty Ross; and nieces, DeAnza Bohler, Zoey Ross, and Kyra Husband.
