He is also survived by his parents, Jacquelynn (Douglas) Linsley and Art Tuley; siblings, Kimberly (Jim) Tuley-Boyer, Pamela (Bobby) Tuley-Schmittou, Angela Tuley, Jennifer Tuley, and Nicholas (Cynthia) Linsley; parents-in-law, Cathy (John) Kiley and Tom (Linda) Marquardt; siblings-in-law, Brittany (Mike) Giese, their son Mordy and Chris Garnett; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and his cherished dogs, Daisy May, Leo Patty, and Griffin "G-Riff."
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Shirley and Clarence Kudrick, and his aunt, Judith Anderson.
Greg grew up in Peoria but found his true home in Morton. Affectionately known as "Biff Biff" by many, he built a life centered around love, family, and cherished memories. The home he shared with Dawn and their family was his sanctuary-a place he dreamed of growing old in. Greg loved Dawn with unwavering dedication and passion, he was deeply devoted to his family, especially to creating lasting memories through simple joys like camping in the backyard to building the perfect backyard oasis for his family. A recent dream realized was building his own home theater, a project that brought him great pride and satisfaction.
A passionate bowler, Greg spent many years in local leagues and formed lifelong friendships through the sport. Always focused on improving his game, he enjoyed the competition and proudly achieved a perfect 300 score in 2012. Greg worked as a Technology Analyst at State Farm since 2011, where his analytical thinking, helpful, positive and supportive traits served him well. Outside of work, he loved discussing outer space, reading thought-provoking articles, finding funny memes to share with others and cheering on his Kansas City Chiefs-always proudly wearing red and yellow. He also enjoyed playing Clash of Clans and never missed an episode of First Things First.
He taught those around him to love deeply, live selflessly, and find joy in life's little details. His legacy lives on in his unconditional love, selflessness, and the ability to make others feel at home. His outgoing, goofy, and caring nature will continue to shine through the lives of his wife, children, and all who knew him.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025, at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. Guests are encouraged to wear red and yellow in honor of Greg's beloved Kansas City Chiefs. A celebration of his life will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
