Gregory R. Desrosiers

Stoddard NH, Gregory R Desrosiers, died unexpectedly April 5, 2025 at home surrounded by his family. He was born October 22, 1981 in Springfield Ma, the son of George Desrosiers and Robin (Dellecese) Desrosiers.
Gregory grew up in Hampden and formed many lifelong friendships through hockey and his love of car audio systems. Greg was an entrepreneur and successfully ran multiple businesses that channeled his creative side with his biggest passion as a custom knife maker. Greg will be remembered for his quick wit and true love of his family. A proud father and truly a best friend to Devon and Aubrey. Gregory leaves his wife April, whom he asked out for the first time on March 30th when they were 15 years old, and married on January 6th 2007. His presence will be missed greatly. Simply stated, Greg lived for his family. Known as "Uncle Greg" to many, he loved taking their boat around the lake, relaxing on the sandbar and welcoming his loved ones to spend the day living the lake life. Greg, April, Devon & Aubrey loved spending summer nights watching the sunset from the sandbar enjoying quality time as a family.
In addition to his parents, he leaves his older brother Christopher and his wife Jill of Hampden and his younger sister Amanda of Longmeadow. He will be missed by his Nephews Miles, Brent, Blake and his niece Lily as well as his beloved Aunts Cheryl, Lisa, Donna, his Uncles Lindy and Mike and his cousins, Hillary and Casey.
A service of remembrance will be held at Forastiere Smith Funeral Home located at 220 North Main St East Longmeadow MA 01028 on Saturday April 12, 2025. Calling hours will be from 9:30-11:00 with a graveside service immediately following.
