Mr. Gregory Griffieth, Jr, of Covington, Georgia entered eternal rest on August 2, 2023. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 12:00 Noon at Emmanuel Community Church, 1400 GA-212 Conyers, GA Dr. Eric Suddith, Pastor, Rev. Nathan Durham, Eulogist, Rev. W.H. Gaither, Presiding. Assisted by others.Interment, Poplar Hill AME Church, 623 Poplar Hill Rd. Covington, GA. His remains will lie in-state at the church at 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service. Family and friends will assemble at his residence at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 11, 2023, from 12:00 Noon until 7:00 P.M. Family and Friends will receive friends from the hours of 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
He leaves to cherish his sweet memories a loving wife, Mrs. Ciara Griffieth; two sons, Kyree and Giovanni Griffieth; parents, Mr. & Mrs. Gregory (Debra) Griffieth, Sr.; In-laws, Mr. & Mrs. Tommy (Ora) Ellison and Mr. Gerry (Renee) Rivers; three brothers, Mr. & Mrs. Marcus (La'Quoya) Griffieth, Mr. Davin Griffieth and Mr. Cameron Griffieth; brother-in-law, Mr. Contrevious Parks; sister-in-law, Ms. Brianna Rivers; nephews and nieces and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
