Gregory Dean Lore, 58, of Sciotoville, died Monday, July 22, 2024, at home. Born on October 28, 1965, in Portsmouth, he was a son of the late Darrel and Wanda Phillips Lore.
A 1984 graduate of Minford High School, he was formerly employed in the finishing department at OSCO and was co-owner of Colonial Florist.
Also preceding him in death was a grandson, Maddox Michael Lore.
Surviving is his wife, Lana McClellan Lore, two sons, Tyler Lore of Cincinnati and Brandon (Kelli) Lore of Minford; two brothers, Kevin Lore of Portsmouth and Tony (Nicol) Lore of Clarktown; a sister, Vicki Blackburn of Wheelersburg; two special granddaughters, Braelyn Lore and Mila Lore, with whom he had a special relationship as “Pappy”; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service of remembrance will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 27th, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
