Gregory William Munson

Gregory William Munson, 72, of Escanaba, passed away on December 28, 2025 at OSF St. Francis Hospital.
He was born on August 17, 1953 in Minnesota where he was raised and graduated high school in 1971. Over the years, he worked as a welder and as a car mechanic. Gregory resided in Escanaba for 30 years.
Greg enjoyed working on cars and riding his bike around town.
Among survivors include his two daughters, Evie Munson of Escanaba and Melinda Meshigaud of Green Bay; grandchildren, Shyanne Meshigaud, Paige Munson, Christian Meshigaud, and Nayeli Scott; his girlfriend of 30+ years, Carol Deiter of Escanaba; and brother, Chuck Munson of Minnesota.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Melissa and Jennifer Munson and sister, Charlene Munson.
No public service will take place at this time.
