Gretchen Kay Foster peacefully left her mortal body on her 82nd birthday, Sept. 20, 2024 in St. George, Utah, and is now perched upon the shoulder of her loving husband, Stephen, as his lifelong guardian angel. The daughter of Robert and Betty Lindner, Gretchen was a caring and loving mother of 4 children who spent her life serving those around her. The number of children, friends and neighbors who received food, quilts, service and stuffed animals is too long to list. Professionally, Gretchen spent 30 years in various roles as a creative writing director, executive secretary, office manager, deputy county fiduciary in Arizona. Her smile, selflessness and love will be remembered by all who knew her. Gretchen is survived by her husband Stephen, three of her children, Troy, Stephanie and Sheri, 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Services will be held on Saturday Sept 28, 2024 at the Riesling Chapel at 630 Riesling Avenue, Santa Clara Utah.

There will be a visitation from 9:30 am to 10:30am and the funeral service will be from 11:00am - 12:00pm.

These services will be livestreamed. The link will be available on this website 30 minutes prior to the start time.
