My Mom (Irene Turner)is a resident and was Lupe´s neighbor at Little Sisters of the Poor. The both of them were quite a pair. They just clicked. Lupe was the perfect friend for my Mom. She was friendly, funny, sincere, caring, and could handle my Moms teasing. I always looked forward to visiting with Lupe, she was so easy to talk to, and you just left feeling good. We will miss her God bless her and her loving Family, whom she loved very much.
This is a picture of
Lupe and Sister Grace as they sat with my Mom (Irene) to comfort her during the memorial mass for Irene´s oldest son. Irene could not attend because of her health.
