Guy Julien was a man with a powerful presence and a larger-than-life personality. He was strong, fierce, smart, and incredibly funny-someone who could command a room while still making people laugh. Guy lived boldly and loved just as boldly, especially when it came to his family.
The greatest love of Guy's life was his wife, Amy. Their connection was deep, rare, and unshakable. Amy loved Guy in a way that goes beyond explanation-completely, fiercely, and with her whole heart. He was her soulmate, her protector, her best friend, and the love of her life. The life they built together was filled with devotion, loyalty, and a love that was felt by everyone around them.
Guy also leaves behind two daughters Tara Rutherford and Jillian Lang who meant very much to him. He is also survived by his three grandsons Gavin Reed, Ryan Rutherford, and Brent Guthrie. He is greatly missed by his four siblings Lisa, Dolores, Michelle, and Sylvie. Along with his Nephew Rafael Julien all of whom he loved deeply and protected in his own strong way.
Guy Julien will be remembered for his strength, his intelligence, his humor, and most of all, the way he loved and was loved-especially by Amy. While his absence leaves an unimaginable void, the bond he shared with his wife and family is eternal and will live on in every memory, every laugh, and every moment of love they continue to carry with them.
As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that Guy's soul is at peace, watching over those he loved so deeply. His light will never fade, and his love will remain with us always.
