Guy Douglas Mescher of Fort Mitchell passed away Sunday, October 19th, 2025, at the age of 76 years old. Guy was a beloved brother, uncle, great uncle and great-great uncle.Guy was a former co-owner and part’s manager for the family business, Dixie Vending.
After the family business was sold in 2003, he volunteered at St Vincet Depaul in Crescent Springs.While Guy was plagued with illnesses throughout his life, he never complained and enjoyed his daily lunch at Pee Wees, weekend coffee at Linda & Bud’s and summers at the community pool.
Guy was preceded in death by his parents, Douglas and Natalie Mescher, his brother Donald Mescher and sister-in-law Mary Lou Mescher, he is survived by his bothers, Garry (Jettie) Mescher and Larry (Lois) Mescher. He is also survived by 3 generations of nieces and nephews and his Fort Mitchell Place family of friends.
The family would also like to recognize the care team from the Seasons of Alexandria who offered such tremendous care over the last several months.
There will be Celebration of Life at Pee Wee’s Restaurant in Crescent Springs on Sunday November 16th, from 3PM till 6PM. In lieu of flowers please donate in Guy’s memory to the donor’s favorite charity.
