Her passion for community service was evident through her active involvement with the Elroy Public Library Association Board, where she helped foster a love for reading and education. As an election official, Gwen was committed to ensuring the voices of her community were heard, and as an activity director for eldercare, she brought joy and engagement to the lives of many seniors.
Gwen's creative spirit shone brightly in her love for the arts. An accomplished pianist, she delighted in sharing her talent through recitals. Her love for antiquing, especially glassware, was more than a hobby-it was a journey through history that she cherished deeply. Gwen's green thumb brought beauty to the world as she tended to her plants and flowers, and her skill in arts and crafts added a touch of her unique flair to all her creations.
A devout Christian, Gwen's faith was the cornerstone of her existence. It guided her actions and gave her strength throughout her life's journey. She was a shining example of compassion and grace, living her beliefs through her kindness and generosity to others.
