Born on August 3, 1954, in Jacksonville, Florida, she was the cherished daughter of Eddie and Donnie Lee Cason (Stratton) .
Jean proudly graduated as a member of the first class from Ed White High School in 1972. She enjoyed a successful career in human resources and management across various organizations. A devoted daughter, sister, and aunt, she had a deep passion for baking and photography and always sought perfection in all her pursuits.
She is survived by her mother, Donnie Lee Cason; her sisters, Grace Lloyd and Margaret Myers; her nieces, Sandra Robinson (Zachary, Bree, and Justin) and Gina Robinson (Matthew and Jackson); her nephews, Greg, Jeff, and Mike Nolan; and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Cason, and her stepfather, Bobby Weatherford.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, September 3, 2025 with Pastor Steve Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until service time.
Goodbye may seem forever, farewell is like the end, but in our hearts the memory and there you will always be.
