Spencer was a wonderful man and true friend. He brought his gentle nature and bright mind to any table and everyone gained. He will be missed by many who enjoyed his friendship and knowledge. I wish I knew him before we were both retired.

I was a partner with Spencer at Piper & Marbury, and remember him with great fondness. A wonderful guy and great friend and partner. Jenny and I send our condolences to his family.
