Remembering the life of Hal Jones

"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith" 2 Timothy 4:7

Hal Jones was born October 29, 1948 in Sylvania, GA to the late Hattie Mae Jones Kelly and reared by Lester Kelly. He departed this life on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at his home in Sylvania, GA.

Hal attended Central High School and later moved to Miami, FL with his uncle and auntie. He enlisted in the US Army in 1968 and was a Radio Operator. He was honorably discharged from the Army in 1970. He was a member of Statesboro Mission Outreach Ministries, Inc.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Daisy Young, grandfather, Willie Young, sister, Ruby Lee and a brother David Lee Kelly.

His love and legacy lives on in hearts of those he leaves to cherish his memories.
