Hal Douglas Williams passed peacefully from this life on Saturday, February 3, 2024. Born in Magnolia, AR, on June 13, 1956, he was the son of the late L.C. Williams and the late Darlene Williams.
He is remembered as one who had an uncanny ability to always find a way to make everyone else feel loved and appreciated. He was the center of the family, always bringing laughter, joy and peace, no matter the situation. Hals family meant everything to him. He was happiest while fishing, sipping a cold one, and cracking jokes. He loved to make people happy! He was good at it. And for that, he will be forever missed.
Preceded in death by his parents, five of his siblings, and longtime girlfriend, Maurine Nunley, Hal leaves those precious memories with his son, Malcom Williams of Magnolia, AR, his daughter, Catricia Renee Williams; his two grandchildren: Quentin Freeman and Makayla Williams all of Little Rock, AR, and three sisters: Linda Walker, Renda K. Justice, and Bobbie Day, all of Magnolia.
Viewing and visitation will be from noon until 4 pm on Friday, Feb. 16, 2024 at Hendersons Mortuary.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024 at Free Union Missionary Baptist Church, with Pr. Billy Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Kings Hill Cemetery under the direction of Henderson Funeral Service.
